OOTD and Essie's "Mesmerize"

I have a few blogs I am going to write today, so I'll start with an OOTD post (from Tuesday)

Firstly though, I will discuss Essie's "Mesmerize" nail polish. I was quite surprised to find how wonderfully it applied, since I had some issues with Essie's "mint candy apple" which was a bit streaky on the first coat (but I do LOVE the color of it). I used two coats of Mesmerize and a topcoat. It went on smoothly, with no streaks. I really enjoy this color, it is a nice change from the deep purples I usually wear in the fall/winter. Dress- Target; Tights- Express; Belt- Forever 21, Cardigan- Club Monaco.
